Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

- • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- • Items purchased directly from Emirazi
What We Don't Accept
- • Worn or used items
- • Items without tags or in damaged packaging
- • Sale items (unless faulty)
- • Personalized or customized items
How To Return
Step-by-Step Process
Contact Us
Email us at returns@emirazi.ae or call +971 4 321 1234 to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll send you a return authorization number and instructions within 24 hours.
Pack Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return authorization number in the package.
Ship It Back
We'll arrange a free pickup from your address in the UAE. Alternatively, you can drop it off at our Dubai Mall location.
Refunds & Processing
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Store Credit Option
If you prefer, you can opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is issued immediately upon return inspection and never expires.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different style, color, or size, subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.
If there's a price difference, we'll either refund you the difference or request additional payment. Exchanges are processed as soon as we receive your return.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@emirazi.ae with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free collection and send you a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution.
