Processing Time
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status in your account under "Order History".
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged in our signature Emirazi packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Each bag is wrapped in protective materials and placed in a luxury box.
For gift purchases, please add a note during checkout and we'll include a complimentary gift message card.
