Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We will notify you when your order has been accepted and dispatched.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

You may modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our Returns Policy.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, prices for orders already placed will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

Payment Methods

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within the UAE. Payment is due upon delivery of your order. We may add additional payment methods in the future.

Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you of the error. You will have the option to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver within the timeframes specified, but delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs delays, or courier issues.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Emirazi are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

All returns must be in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
